^ Even after almost 19,000km, the engine bay still looks mint :D

Thanks a lot for the comments guys.

Yes I'm from Manitoba/Canada.

We had it switched to 4HI. First we locked the centre diff and switched it to 4LO, but we noticed the truck drove a lot better in 4HI with the centre diff unlocked.....

In the engine bay photo, what is that silver cylinder next to the master cylinder? I did not have one on my 04 SR5, but have one of my 05 Limited - I am guessing something to do with XReas suspension?

Great video and pictures. The engine bay looks nice and shiny after all that mileage. I wish we had some of that white stuff around my area.

Hello MR...
My Canadian cousin to the South.
Did you say that it's your Dad's truck?
It's a really beautiful, well performing 4Runner in the North.
The video was terrific.
Who was driving it, you or your Dad?

just curious,
JP

Yes its my dads truck, and he was driving it when we took that video. I wish it was mine, but I'm 20 and can't afford anything like that right now.
However I do all the maintenance on it and most of the washing/waxing/polishing, so I get to take it for a spin whenever I feel like it :D

I really love the 4Runner though, and so far my only real complaint is that you can't turn of the traction control, which makes it hard to crawl out of a lot of snow or mud....

Locking the center diff. disables the trac./VSC control.

Love the truck , vid , pics , snow playin. Love the Silver.

Really? I always thought it only disabled the stability control. I hope you're right though
