My steering on my 4runner is all over place after I replaced my passenger cv axle and lbj do I need to get alignment after that stuff is done? I think I have brake problem cause when I let go of the brakes it pulls the left right away... Trying to find out what it is as I'm not very incline into cars any help would be great.

Mind as well spend $20 and throw some new steering bushings under there before aligning. Makes a massive difference!

A pull when braking is caused by loose front end components or unbalanced braking. If it showed up AFTER you changed lbjs I would recheck upper and lower joint tightness and especially the tie rod ends, if it's pulling left it's likely the right hand tie rod end.

I did notice today under there on my sway bay end link it doesn't have a bolt. I have new steering rack under there. I will see what happens when I do my driver side cv axle and lbj thank you all for the help!:thumb::thumb::grouphug:

Did you only replace one LBJ? Normally they are done on both sides.

And yeah the LBJ will throw off your alignment.
