Steering rack leaking from the guide bolt?

I have a 99 2wd 4runner with right at 230,000 miles. I noticed the other day my power steering fluid was low so i decided to take a look under and see if i could find a leak anywhere. I found that it seems to be that the leak is coming from the bolt of the steering guide. I searched some and it seems like most people with leaks have them in the inner seals which leak into the boots of the inner tie rods. Is there anything behind this guide bolt that could cause the leak? Or does the rack just need to be replaced? I also do not have any play or noise when turning.

Thanks

anyone have any input on this? If theres anyway to fix this without getting a new rack im all for it. Im tempted to just try tightening the guide bolt there but I know from reading the thread on installing the new guide bolts, if its too tight it will make the steering harder
