I am going to be buying a 2011 Black SR5 this weekend. It has the plastic steering wheel. I saw in another post that this Leather steering wheel with fit:

2009 TOYOTA LAND CRUISER PRADO WOOD STYLE STEERING JP - eBay (item 270586926602 end time Feb-25-11 01:09:49 PST)

But I did not see where anyone actually installed it on there 4R. Will this steering wheel fit and will all of the controls be transferable?

Thank you very much, I am really excited as this will be my first new vehicle (I have been driving a 1996 Accord for the last 8 years).

I'm not sure how it will look though. There's no other wood in the interior, so it may look odd. Maybe if you add the wood shift knob, it would tie it in better.

Its not listed in Ebay, but the seller has all leather versions, that he will sell me. I was not a fan of the wood.

ouch! $540!! i'd like a leather steering wheel too, but not that bad. why don't you see if you can live with the plastic one? it's not that bad. i'd say to get a leather wrap instead, but it's already pretty fat as it is.
