Steering wheel problem???

Hi guys, my mom took her 4Runner to get an alignment since she got new shocks installed, but when she parks the 4Runner the tires are straight but the steering wheel is upside with the Toyota logo upside down. This has happen to her 4-5 times now. Could it be the alignment??? Any ideas thanks

I took mine to get aligned. Mine isnt upside down but it points to the right a bit... if i take my hands off the wheel it pulls hard to the right though. Maybe its not aligned well lol

When you get your alignment you need to specify that you would like the steering wheel centered.

That shouldn't be the case.

Bring those back to the alignment shop and tell them to quit being lazy!

I know it should be a no brainer to center the steering wheel, but they always ask me if i want it centered.

Took the 4Runner back to the shop they claimed the steering wheel was off center. But after we pick it up it did it again.

I would love to see the print out of the alignment specs. If they can't center the steering wheel which is expected as part of a wheel alignment, I could only imagine what those numbers must look like.
