Steering wheel shake at higher speed..Now what?

Just replaced myself the LBJ, ITRE and OTRE and new brakes and rotors on my 1997 4RUNNER 4WD and had the truck aligned. Steering feels nice and tight and runs straight and true down the road however I have a steering wheel shake at higher speeds around 45 and up. Anyone have any ideas what it might be that I can check?

Rotate tires front to back. If that helps, rebalance all wheels. (Some tires just can't be balanced. Hopefully not yours) Look for a place with Hunter RoadForce Balancer with Haweka adapter.
Check rack bushings by seeing if rack moves sideways when wheel is turned back and forth. Replace them if it does.
Sway bar end links and bushings.

Fixes can be additive. I found the shake onset went up by about 10 mph for each thing I did. Now it's steady up to 90 which is as fast as I push this thing.

Ahh in a word.... no but had no shake before I put on all the new parts.

Ok I was thinking of trying that too this weekend I am running Pro Comp ATV tires 265/75/16 and love them...not the smoothest ride in the world but in 2 years there is hardly any where on them.
