To make a long story short- It all stemmed back to my service at Firestone. I got my brakes done and a wheel fell off after all my studs had sheered off due to over torque. The rotor itself didn't hit the ground, I was able to stop fast enough to leave the rotor resting on the inside of my rim. I had custom powdercoat on the wheels so they agreed to buy me 4 new rims. My old rims were 17x8, and my new ones are 17x9. The car shakes a bit now as if the tire/wheel balancing aren't correct. I took it to Toyota and Discount Tire and Discount found the one wheel was 2 oz off; meanwhile Toyota said "everything seems to be great". Soooo- would this one inch in wheel width effect my steering, ride, etc?? Leme know guys. Thanks
