Steering wheel turns to the right

My 4runner tracks straight but has a tendency to pull a bit to the right when I'm stopping. Doesn't always happen. What can it be. Brakes?

The same thing occurs to me. Even when driving I feel like it constantly has to be a little to the right. If anybody knows how to fix this please post, it'll be much appreciated!

I had this same issue with pulling to the left when brakes were applied or just riding along. Alignment was not the issue. After a good long drive feel the wheel/hub area. My left wheel was noticeably warmer. The caliper was hanging up. I replaced it and it no longer pulls to the left while cruising or braking. I got the NAPA caliper with lifetime replacement.
