Stereo upgrade (Audio Control LC6)

Hello, I just purchased a 2003 4runner with the JBL 10 speaker stereo system. I am not really to pleased with the sound and would like to upgrade to something better. I have been reading through the all the posts and I haven't found anything on using an Audio Control LC6. Does anyone know if this will work with the factory amp? Thanks
