If not for the deal that my Credit Union offered I would not have gotten the 4runner from them.
While looking around a salesman showed me a 2005 4Runner V8 with 3K+ miles and told me it's brand new... I told him about the 3K miles and said it was from test drives but it is still new :wtf:
Finance manager was greedy... after I picked my 06 Sports V6, he offered me $2,250 for 5yr/75K extended warranty, $1,200 pre-paid maintenance - up to 55K, $500 paint protection, and GAP insurance for $750... and he had the nerve to ask me why I don't want those...
I tried to have them do the first oil change - big mistake, they told me they will lube the under carriage besides doing the oil and rotate... got the maintenance receipt, oil and rotate, the rest are just checking. Now I'm doing it myself, in my apartment garage that the management does not allow
