Stick shift or automatic

Hi everyone.
I am looking to buy a 4 runner soon. So I am debating over the 5 speed manual or the 4 speed automatic. Can you guys give me the pros and cons over the two. :thanks:

I hate automatics in general.
I like picking my own gear.
Plus there's alot things you can do with a clutch
