It must have come lose after scrubbing all that mud off -- took about 8 hours to completely rid the rig of it. It's amazing how much was caked in every little crack in the underbelly. :dammit:

I haven't seen any 3rd gen's on here with the decal on the rear side windows, so here is mine. I think it was a nice touch, I needed some decals on the sides..

i just trimmed the point of the R off with an exacto knife. from a distance you cant tell the difference.

The lamp stay look really good. Could you post some shots of the mounting of it and post them in the "Accessories" section. I have my lights, but haven't had the time to make the brackets. Is your guy making any more?

alternative T4R decal placement

Hey everyone,

Just thought I would show off my "unplanned" T4R decal alteration. Here is the story:

Only 4 days after I get back home to Memphis from my co-op job my car gets broken into in MY OWN DRIVEWAY. By the amount of glass in my Husky liner and on the driveway, it appeared they used a friggin 100lb sledge hammer to break the glass. Unfortunately I didn't have an alarm (next modification on the list), because hopefully that would have at least kept them from taking the sub. At any rate, just wanted to give everyone a heads-up on burglary if you live in any kind of crime-infested area like Memphis.

Hey Gator Greg, do you offer any free decal replacements due to broken glass damage??

MSU4Runner I am very sorry to see your rig messed up like that. Can you replace the glass at a regular glass replacement company or do you have to go through Toyota? What a BUMMER.

Wow...MSU4Runner...sorry to hear that...that jerk should be kicked ".a...". It would be better if I can install a trap inside my rig so if someone trying to broke the glass...it will automatically shoot out some round of painballs!:whipping2 ...My younger brother's music systems got stolen twice at my driveway...since then, we have put the camera on at night...but they haven't shown up yet!

You right, I forgot about that. It does have a intergrated antenna, a lot of owners think it is a window defroster, but it is a antenna. The raido picks up the strongest signal, either in the window or from the front antenna. I guess you are getting a window from Toyota.

Hey thanks for all the sympathy replies. I already got the glass replaced. It isn't a Toyota part, but it is identical as far as I can tell. I was aware of the integrated antenna, and it appears to match up with what was originally there.

Anyone know of a good way to get rid of the scratches on the plastic inside the cargo area? I'm not too worried about it (just because it is in the trunk) but if there is an easy way to neaten it up it would be nice. From now on I am keeping my cargo cover pulled shut!
