That sucks big time! I'm in what's affectionately known as "the highest car theft area in the English speaking world." Haven't got around to installing Alpine + extras yet because I haven't had time to install my Clifford alarm + extras.

Was your rear cargo cover in place or could they see your sub?

If you used insurance to replace the window, surely the same claim will replace the rear interior quarter panel.

I just got back from a weekend of off-roading and I too have a nasty scratch very near where your chips are. I somehow doubt there is a way to remove them

I just put mine on this weekend after it sitting next to my computer monitor for 3 months: it took that long if not longer for me to take her to the car wash.

Looks cool. Didn't bother taking a pick for they all look the same to me.

I just put one on mine and it looks great. I went with silver, I think it looks better than the white would. I'll get a picture later today and post it.

This is what it looks like on the top on a 2nd Gen.
(note: I never have any problem bringing it down with peeling or anything because I RARELY bring it all the way down. I usually just bring it down two inches to flow air through the car on the highway.)

I did not read every single post in this thread so if this was already suggested please ignore it.

How about as an added bonus, we also can purchase a sticker of our handle. Picture it, on the back window on the top part in the middle is the "t4r" sticker, on the bottom is your handle.

Would also be cool if we did do this, and saw someone from the site, and their handle.

I didn't photoshop the color of that pic at all. It was taken late at night in my garage. My garage doesn't have the greatest lighting either. I am going to replace that picture with one I will take tomorrow during the day. I also think the rear lights being on affected the way the camera took the picture.
