Stock jack/tool kit

Are all 4th Gen 4runners equipped with the same jack and tool kit?

The vehicle I just bought is missing these and the data seems inconclusive so far

Thanks - I've been looking around on eBay as well as CL and everything I have seen was labeled 96-02 or 2005-2009. I was thinking that somebody is misinformed but, ya just never know!

I was in Harbor Freight the other day and came across their 4 ton bottle jack and thought to myself that it looked like it would fit in the jack/tool storage space. I didn't confirm since I don't need one but you might want to check it out. Can't beat the $18 price. They'd probably have a variety of tire irons as well.

Basically the only thing you need that is 4Runner specific (or at least toyota) is the spare carrier crank handle.

Don't forget you will need either a LONG extension, or part of the stock tools to lower the spare tire down from the carrier.
