Stock mud-guard question

I am planning on removing the running boards off my '99 . The flares/trim are molded into the running boards in the front. It kind of creates a little eye sore when you remove the boards on these models. I would take the trim off all together but the paint is scratched underneath it.

I've seen a few guys install factory mud guards that line up perfectly with the stock trim (see the pic below). After some research, it seems like there are some conflicting part numbers and allegations that those mud guards are for a Tacoma.

Can anyone offer insight to where I can purchase them?
