Stock mudflaps

Anybody else have issues with the stock front muflaps catching the wind just right while going down the road and flapping and making noise against the running boards?

I would check for missing or loose screws. I took my running boards
off along with front mud flaps to try different setups and then put all
original parts back on. No noise problems. Also check lower part of flap to see if it's cracked. Noticed your signature...big tires and
wider wheels...any chance that could have affected mud flaps?

Never a problem for me. Mine have been on since 2011, with running boards, and they are still doing well after plenty interstate road trips. :thumb3:
If I were you I'd still do the checks TRDfan2 explained.

Checked all fastners. They are good, but I did have to do some trimming to my inner fenders and mudflaps, might have been just enough to leave them flimsy enough to flap around when the wind catches them right. Its only happened 2x in about 4400 miles. It will make noise then go away, and both times were on some very windy days.
