Wiper issues

I have a couple wiper issues and wanted to see if anyone else has had the same issues first the wiper fluid spray has stopped working, (and yes it has fluid) now the front wipers will just start going when you are going down the road.

I would suspect the clockspring. Have you done a voltage test on the pump motor? Is it even getting power?

The clockspring in the steering column is the conduit for all things connected to it. It's expensive so I would do voltage tests before replacing it. Put a meter on the devices, turn ignition to ON and then try the washer and wipers. Look for no or intermittent voltage. Just my 2¢
