WHERE in the WORLD do I find a set of the OEM roof rack rails plus the cross bars for under $1k? Can't seem to find them anywhere and want to go back to stock.

I also just recently thought about this. I figure that maybe (just maybe) you can find a rig at a junkyard or salvage yard with the rack still complete. I'm going within the next few days to check it out along with a search for extra goodies like lights or wheels!

You can come across them sometimes in the 4th gen part fs thread.

Other than that, salvage/junk yard will be your best bet. After that, ebay.
