Stop clunk....what could it be?

I've had this clunk since I bought the Runner. The rear end squats down just a bit when stopping and a clunk is felt. I can't seem to figure out what's causing it. I had this same issue on my 01 Cherokee and it was the driveshaft slip yoke dried up. That doesn't seem to be the issue on the Toyota.

The bushings on the control arm look intact and I can't get any play out of them. The sway bar bushings are all brand new. The coil springs and shocks are new but all this doesn't matter because it was doing it before the new stuff was installed.

Brake-related?

How did you rule out the slip yoke on the runner?

Well I didn't exactly rule it out but the slip yoke appears to be lubed enough for a smooth in/out action :naughty: when I did it by hand. I could be wrong though. Does the slip yoke come out completely so I can toss some grease in it?
