stop STEALING from me!

A couple years ago, I had my catalytic converter stolen from me, in a parking lot, while I was biking.

Today, I had one of my lights stolen off my bull bar!! Those bas****s most likely targeted my 4runner since they had an allen key and wire clippers with them. This happened during my shift in the emergency center so I'll ask the security guard to see if he has some footage. AHHH! I'm so mad. I know they were not the most expensive of lights (actually not expensive at all) but those bas****s also stole the bracket the light sits on (i am certain it did not fall off because I tightened it 2-3 days ago). Ironically, I ordered a set of black magics to sit where these lights are but without a backet...i'm screwed

Now I have to figure out what to do with a single lamp because I ordered these no-name brand lights off ebay and don't know where to find a replacement one. I guess I might mount them on the rear of the roof rack as a rear/reverse light to illuminate the road more.

Have you gone back to where your truck was parked and looked to see if the bracket might have been kicked or thrown to the side?

Why would they steal one, that doesn't make any sense? They might've gotten spooked or something and just tossed or kicked the bracket.

JohnsD90 - yeah I do have a car alarm, but it really sucks. When my family got this alarm installed in 98, it would just have to be a really windy day and the alarm would go off. Now, even if I kick a tire or slap the fender, nothing I suppose I should upgrade this decade old alarm.

TheRealtor - that is a good point, who would want to steal the bracket when it doesn't seem like this bracket would fit just any particular bullbar...they probably wanted that SINGLE lamp (???) really bad and just was easier to take the bracket off then the lamp alone

MrBee - I initially found the bullbar on Ebay for $130 but I got super lucky and while reading that company's reviews n such, learned they are located in Houston. So I simply called them up and picked it up for $100ish. Well anywhichwayz, speaking of that company, I called them and told em' that I needed a new bracket and they basically gave me two for free (so good customer support on their part). Here are a couple of pictures of my hella black magics and the single lamp which decided to put on the back of my roof rack as addition light for when I reverse.
