I've seen some pretty amazing storage solutions on this site,
but I have an idea of my own that I need help with.
Anyone have a suggestion for a low profile storage box that can be mounted on (or within) my roof rack? Preferably something metal, with a lock.
It doesn't have to be made specifically for that purpose...
but I cannot find anything close on the web.
Truck tool boxes are too wide to fit between the rack rails (about 41")...
most metal storage boxes are too tall (trying to keep it somewhat aerodynamic).
I've seen them made for Nissans, but they seem a little too brand specific.
