Storage options for back

Just picked up new Urban runner and looking for aftermarket storage options for the back. I will be using it more for work and need something along the lines of a slide in aluminum box with pullout trays. I might end up with just an all weather rubber mat if I can't find what I'm looking for. Thanks.

Where I worked was near 'Tailgator" ? in California. They did all the conversions for our trucks and vans. I remember I had a great set of pull out alum. drawers on a 2002 Dakota truck.
If you used ladder racks and shelf storage in vans, or stroage boxes in trucks, the same companies would be a good place to start. It was easy to bolt down in a truck bed, not sure about our 4Runners. good luck
