Strange electrical motor noise coming from dash

I have this noise coming from inside the dash behind the radio unit

I posted about this a year ago but it wasnt something that happened often, maybe once every few months. So I didnt really worry about it. But now it does it after 20 minutes of driving it comes on every time and has variegated sounds, speeds, and frequency. Very annoying and my wife is ready to sell this car just because of the noise. It does it regardless of if car is running, basically anytime the car has accessory power or more. I dont think it is hvac system since all vents fan speeds hot cold etc all work fine. I dont have a CD in the cd player and the cd player still emits a different sound when loading and unloading a disk. Not sure what to do or how to get to it. I read on older 4th gen 4runners that sometimes the radio cooling fan would do something this but I havent been able to find the same issue with the 5th gens. Any help is appreciated hopefully someone can recognize the sound and point me in the right direction.

Going to dealer not an option. They'll charge me an arm and a leg to pull dash apart and fix something I can do on my own, albeit with a little more time and effort. Wife wants to sell 4runner and get a subaru instead of fixing this and paying a lot of money to do it. Thats why gotta figure it out

Definitely sounds like a motor. Are there any other motors besides the CD player?

How does the air/heat move where intended to when you cycle from hot/cold to defroster/floor vents?

what's the deal with your data bar it is only showing time and not any other data, is that normal?

data next to clock only shows when ignition is on or at second position. Noise is coming on at first key position leading me to believe that noise maybe coming from the radio. It's not really hard to take the radio out so I would start there.

can you play a cd and see if the noise gets worst?
I have a spare exact model radio I can send you if it is culprit

It looks like you don't have a limited so you wouldn't have a motor used to adjust your airflow.

My guess is that sounds like the CD loader on the radio. Sounds like it trying to eject a CD. I would start there.

Take out the radio and unhook it completely. Start the truck like you were and if the sound is gone you need a new radio.

If you still hear the noise, you will have a major access point into the middle of your dash open so the noise should be louder and easier to locate.
