Strange Electrical Problem

So, this weekend I took my roof rack and fog lights off my 4runner. The wiring wasn't too tricky to strip out and I didn't have to tamper with any other wiring while removing it. After I got all finished up, I got into my truck to notice that the clock and stereo are no longer working. I have checked al the fuses and obvious wire connections and it all seemed good. Another strange thing is that the head unit will eject and accept new cd's but will not do anything else. Do any of ya'll know of any way that these two things tie into each other or have any idea what may be going on?

I'm going to assume you were removing some aftermarket fog lights? You removed the wiring as well? And where did that tie in to the vehicle? As in where did it get power? Now you say you checked all the fuses, but how did you check them? And exactly which fuses did you check? The ACC fuse and the DOME lamp fuse are both part of the clock and radio circuits. So you must make absolutely sure those fuses have power, and are good.

Yeah, they were aftermarket lights. They all got there power directly from the battery and had online fuses. So I didn't have to cut power from anything else. I checked that all fuses were still in tact but I will now go about making sure they all have power.
