Strange happenings

I've been noticing some strange things with my 4runner. Sometimes when the windows are down and I roll up the front two using the "auto" it would roll both windows all the way up as it should, but the drive side window then goes down just about half way and stops. Is this some kind of programming? It doesn't happen all the time and it's strange to me. Also today when that happened, the door locks all unlocked on it's own with the engine still running but just the right timing as I parked in the drive way. Any ideas?

I think the windows going back down is the pinch protection feature.

x2

after I did all the body work on my 4Runner, the door was finally aligned correctly and the weather stripping (that was mishapen from prior poor alignment of the door) made it difficult for the window to go up, thus it would come back down as if it hit a snag.

watch your window as it goes up and see what it snags on
