Strange Leak - with video

Not sure what it could be, a white cloudy liquid could be what exactly?
I'm trying to understand before I take the car to the garage, in case I should retop liquid somewhere.

P.s. I do oil treat my car every October & don't use it much. There are a lot of these white dandilion things in the air that stick to any oily substance.

Does it smell like gas? Because its like its right next to your fuel filter

How is the fluid level in your master cylinder? If it was gas that would be easy to tell. Brake fluid not so much unless you can see its low in the MC.

one good thing to know about cars is the smell of every fluid in it. good, used, bad, and burnt. they all have a unique smell that will help diagnose your problem. but from the looks i would assume its brake fuild. that connecter thats rusted right above the drip is a brake line
