HVAC Dryer Sight Glass Cloudy

Ill try to stick to the main points. Picked up a 98 4runner. No AC for a few years. Car is r134A and indicated ND-8 oil. Use a can of 134A and charged it up enough that the compressor kicked on. When I shut it off found a significant leak on the High pressure liquid line. Replaced line, dryer, and pressure switch (why not). Pulled vacuum for 1 hour. Closed gauges and allowed it to sit - no change in pressure - needle stayed in same place for 15 mins @ -30.5. Added 2 cans of A/C pro PAG 46 oil Charge ( has 1 ounce of r134, 1 ounce PAG 46, 1 ounce of Ice 32) to make up for lost oil in dryer and any lost when system failed, then added Supertech r134A while watching pressures through the yellow charge line. Added refrigerant until vapor line was a 35 psi, and liquid line is around 285 psi with car @ 2000 RPM. Up to this point feeling pretty good. Ambient temp around 85f, air from system about 60. I minimized air in the yellow line by bleeding for a second at the manifold. When I looked into the dryer, that all changed. I was expecting to see clear-ish fluid but didn't. Its hard to explain, but it looks milky when the AC kicks on. Video below shows it better than I can explain.

I read that PAG46 is compatible for ND-8. Did I not vacuum enough? Is it the refrigerant with "ICE32"?

You never know what the PO did, there could be conditioners, sealers and/or dye in there still. As long as you added the correct amount of Pag oil for each component you replaced as per the service manual and it is cold your good, and having the dryer receiver replaced is a must, hopefully the denso ones are still available. There is also the fake r134a on scamazon you don't want in the system.
