Two days ago I drove about 300 miles and I started to hear a vibration from the transmission tunnel. I could only hear the sound at 50mph and at about 1500-2000rpm. It sounded like a metal vibration or my drive shaft wasn't spinning straight or it was loose. The next day I looked under the 4R and I couldn't find anything loose or anything with with more play in it's movement then normal. I then began to drive and the sound came back but after about 100 miles I never heard the sound again. I just hit 170k and I haven't flushed the transmission since 90k. This morning I took my 4R out on the freeway to try and replicate the sound and I couldn't get anything. Has anyone ever had this problem?
