Strange Noise Coming from passenger side

When I'm breaking and when I'm stopped there is a rattling sound coming from near the passenger side front door or maybe in the spot between the two passenger side doors and I'm stumped. There was also a sound this morning coming from what sounded like the driver side of the engine that sounded almost like a washing machine. any help would be great. This just stared two days ago so I haven't had a chance to look or take it anywhere.

Sometimes if the front passenger seatbelt is twisted and not fully retracted it will rattle against the plastic side. Also check your glove box and little storage tray in the center counsel. I have junk that rattles sometimes in those.
