My 04 4Runner just started making a strange noise after startup that lasts for about 10 seconds and then stops. It sounds like a plastic motorized pump that seems to be coming from under the dash or console. It's NOT the brake booster pump because that comes on when the key is on and before the engine starts. It doesn't seem to be the blower fan because the noise is there even with the blower fan turned off. After the strange pump like noise stops, it doesn't seem to come back on and everything seems to be working perfectly.
