Strange "shuddering" when shifting

Greetings all. Ive noticed something. Seems when im going around a corner, or accelerating/decelerating slowly im noticing a shuddering sensation when shifting out of/into second. Happens most frequently when im going around a corner.

its not in 4wd, and when I'm just cruising around everything's fine. Thoughts?

crap, the one time i dont use the search... lol

Search is only as good as the people starting the topics. It would be great (cold day in 'heck' though) if people actually put what their post was about in the subject line, gasp, shock, wow! I feel like half the posts in here are written by the media...stay tuned, a story so shocking you can not miss. Personally I think the entire thread under 'have you noticed' (I have noticed a lot of things) should be migrated under the 'strange shuddering when shifting', but who am I to say which of those 2 actually describes a shuddering sensation when shifting. Got to love the internet :redbrick:

:iagree: and people use different terms to describe the same problem, i.e. like driveline thump, thunk, bump, clunk, and so on.

My all time favorite description is "the thingy that's connected to that thing that's connected to that thingumajig". :moon:
