Accidents do happen. Conversely, responsible driving has a lot to do with it. So many things to consider nowadays. People drive talking on the phone. People drive selecting songs from an ipod. Moreover, people drive text messaging ! And the lists goes on...

Hard to believe it's just an accident. Who knows that driver could have suffered an unknown medical condition......
 
Wtf was he doing, you can see him slowly turn into the parking lot.. I guess instead of hitting the brake they hit the gas.. l
 
I wouldn't be too quick to take the blame off the driver. I have seen some truly dumb things happen immediately after an accident, and sorry for the stereotyping but most women just can't get a grip after something went wrong
 
glad i wasn't the only one thinking gotta be a woman driver, looks like when she pulled into the parking spot she mistook the gas for the brake and freaked out and couldn't find the right pedal again, you can see where she stoped turning into the parkinglot to let a person walk by then proceeds to park and then floors it. lol

Looks to me like 1 of 2 things could have happened.

1. Person went to hit brakes and slammed the throttle.
2. Some medical situation happened that caused the person to pass out.

it was probably an auto so the gas feels a lot different than the brakes so i think IDK.

What a played out excuse, I had to witness the death of an infant because the driver "blacked out". if you have a medical issue your ass does not belong behind the wheel, and if it is the penalties should be swift and severe!
 
Unbelievable....we can't even drive through the front door of a coffee shop anymore without 4 flippin' cameras watching us do it!

I agree. Unfortunately, you see men and women driving everyday that should be penalized severely !
