stronger accel harsher vibrations, rear drive shaft already rebuilt.

I'm trying to figure out what is the next step in finding a vibration that gets stronger depending on how hard I press the gas pedal in any gear or speed. Vibration seems to be coming from front right side, at lower rpms 1-2k cruising I can feel a slight vibration in pedal that comes and goes in sequence.
If vehicle is in neutral and rev to 3k+ I do feel a slight exhaust vibration.

Had rear drive shaft redone balanced and cardon joint replaced including rear u joint. Now I'm thinking trans mount or motor mount? Front wheel bearing?

I figured it out I forgot to add grease in slip yoke after lift, rides a lot better now, hope I didn't mess anything up in diff. Lol

Are you getting vibrations in the steering wheel or in the seat? Vibrations in the steering are a sign of something in the front, and vibrations in the seat are a sign of something in the rear. How old are your lower ball joints on the front, tre's, and so forth?

Do you feel the vibration in the steering wheel or 4runner floor/seats?
Steering wheel = bad wheel balance
Floor/seats = more than likely bad drive shaft. Can also be rear wheels but this is not too powerful to shake the whole runner
