Strut Tower Noise

Took out the new to me 2005 sport this weekend and every time I turn left from a stop I am getting creaking groaning from the drivers front strut tower....could this be the extra cold we've had here in the Northeast or something typical with 4r's? Its not suspension groan as it goes away after the turn and bumps do not add to it....

anyone?

Sounds like my truck! I only get it when turning sharp left over a bump which can be as small as a street curb. I haven't looked into it but will see if someone else knows the cure before I do.
