Is it just me or are the transmission fluid dip sticks on these 3.4L a pain in the butt to put back?

It's not just you mine is the same way. I thought it was broken but it seems almost everyone who has a 3rd gen auto has this issue.

The trans fluid dip stick is probably my biggest pet peeve about the 5VZ... It sucks... I'd rather change a CV than check the transmission fluid
