Stumble with light throttle....

Been noticing lately that upon light throttle, say around 30-40 mph it wants to stumble or hesitate some. You can kinda feel it be a little jerky. If you give it more gas, it's fine. Just the part throttle is where it is acking funny. I checked the intake hose to make sure it was on tight and the sensor wasn't blocked. Any ideas? Mine is a 2011.

Mine does the same thing. It has since I drove it off the lot. It seems like a very mild rhythmic surging under 10% or less acceleration, and at very low RPMs.

I’m wondering if this is the “flex-lock" that you’re noticing. This is assuming that you are in “D” and not in “S Mode” So for instance try the same thing (around 30-40 mph) in S-4 and see if you still feel it “stumble or hesitate some”. Hope this helps.

Visual representation of the above.

What Laurich said. Drive around in S4, bet it goes away. I never drive in D in town, I've had that oddity since new.
