stutter in engine when letting off the gas

I am having an intermittent, and probably minor issue. I have been noticing what seems to be a minor stutter when letting off the gas. It feels like the truck kind of stutters for a moment before resuming deceleration while coasting. The truck is a 2005 v6 2wd with 170k in good mechanical condition. Might be the downshift exaggerated by a bit of drive line "bumb"

A proper grease job on the driveline may help, that dude takes quite a bit of grease

How do I grease the driveline on a 2wd? I checked and I don't see any grease fittings.
