subs install with factory nav h.u?

no...someone put a sub in with their factory system IIRC but used an aftermarket amp with it...there's a thread in here(5th gen section) somewhere...

I don't think your stock amp will handle 1 real sub--much less 2.

Not positive about factory nav but my factory stereo in SR5 did not have RCA's and am pretty sure the factory nav does not either. It is pretty rare for factory stereo's to have RCA's.

You need to get a line output converter. Scosche and PAC make them, or you can get a better unit from Audiocontrol that will give you a much cleaner signal.
