Sudden drop in MPG

I noticed a sudden drop in my MPG. I have a 95, 3.0, auto with 31's and my last fill up was 10.5 mpg. This was mostly city driving, but I haven't gotten that bad before. I've had the t4r for about 3 months now or about 5,000 miles. It bought it with the head gaskets blown, so I had just about everything replaced in the engine i.e wires, plugs radiator and so on.

I know these things are horrible on gas, but I was getting between 13-15 before. I just changed my oil and used 10w30, but that shouldn't effect it. I also haven't changed my driving style in that time frame.

Any suggestions or ideas?

When I switched from my stock 235/70/15r tires to 265/75/15r tires my gas mileage took a massive ****. Is it by any chance getting colder where you live? My gas mileage is cut by ~33% in the winter...BRUTAL!!

I've had the tires on the 4runner the whole time I've owned it, so that can't be the problem. It actually has been getting hotter since this started. Usually between 65-85 for the past few weeks. I'm kind of confused about it all and I will just keep checking. Thanks for the response.

Do they run winter blends at the gas stations there?

I doubt they run winter blends. I live in Santa Cruz, California. The SC is for Santa Cruz. It rarely gets below 40 F here so I wouldn't imagine they would. I have no clue what is going on, but I'll just live with it till I sell it.
