Suicide Bombers in Brussels

They have been on extreme high alert since the Paris attacks, so my question is how to stop them? So far it looks as though they are winning.
 
But these are just a few thugs...nothing to worry about! Liberals and their idiocy.

Peaceful religion, right?
 
Girlfriend wanted to take me into central Europe for a birthday treat this weekend...

Either its jut got a lot cheaper, or is called off. :closed_2:

Its very concerning that they were able to swing the logistics and planning with increased security everywhere. Its well known that Brussels has been crawling with extremists for quite a few years- my guess is either the raids following the Paris attacks weren't very thorough, or - to the the surprise of exactly nobody- their border security sucks.
 
I'm confident that our President will put a swift end to the problem with another round of global warming conferences.

You're making an assumption that this wasn't planned far before the Paris attacks ever happened.

Brussels is a well known sanctuary for islamic extremists, and has been for years. A lot of sections are so bad the police don't regularly patrol there because they feel unsafe and cannot get funding to increase patrols or surveillance. I didn't think this topic was even up for debate, but apparently your ignorance is making it necessary.

With all the raids conducted after the Paris attacks and tightened security, how did they miss the intelligence and material that must have been present somewhere for an imminent large scale attack on their populace? Even if it wasn't planned until recently, and more material made it across the border, their intelligence services still take the blame for negligence. Take your pick.

today it's "islamic extremism", at one point it was "crusades", "inquisitions", and more. nobody is blameless. Hate is pervasive and has always been here. For lack of a better phrase, i look to Billy Joel, "We didn't start the fire".

and if all those "islamic extremists" were part of the attack in Brussels, i think the attack would have been a bit worse... but clearly all of them (entire families and neighbors) are violent and they are all at fault...

So you have to reach back over a 1000 years to try and demonize Christians. When it's obvious you don't understand the crusades.
