Sulfer TSB done...problem!

Okay, so I finally get all my tire balancing issues fixed and the 4Runner is driving great (I still get some vibration when accelerating, but it's very minor), so I decide to have the Sulfer TSB done at my local dealership. I pick it up yesterday and now notice that when i'm at about 70mph and have my foot on the gas, i'm getting a new vibration. It's like a slight pulsating rpm surge. It's only if I keep at a steady speed and have my foot on the gas. I guess I can describe it the rpm's go up and down slightly...you can hear the engine surge very slightly.

I haven't been back to the dealer yet...I just wanted to see if anyone else has had this problem, or if you have any clue as to what may be causing this. Could it be from not installing the cat correctly?

Thanks in advance

Yeah, that's it. I figured it would be one of those "can't fix it" problems. I guess I'm just upset because it seems like I have every common problem in the book. I had the tire vibration (fixed, but a pain in the butt), loose seat, brake vibration, gas pedal vibration, and now this. I do like my 4runner (I won't say love yet because I can't stand all the little stuff), but I am very picky when it comes to cars. I tend to notice every little thing and this car seems to have every little annoyance.
Anyway, I'm just venting now...sorrry.
I'm not sure if the smell is fixed yet because I'm still getting the burn off smell from the cat, but I should know pretty soon. So far so good though.
Back to the vibration though...It has been colder here lately, so that might have something to do with it combined with the new cat.
