Sunroof Leak

I recently replaced the roof on a 2003 Toyota 4 runner equipped with a sunroof. The customer is complaining of leaks. I have adjusted the glass and seal and now only leaks a few drops under high water pressure. The sunroof seems to fit nicely in the roof and there are no obstructions. The drain hoses are clear. Is this normal?

Mine has never leaked.

I've felt the odd drop going through car washes, but that's it.
