sunroof leaks

Was wondering....if you good folks can help a fellow 4 runner owner out..
see am a brand nube member here..need help sunroof weather stripping is as
pliable as a chunk of concrete and now water get is...not good in my book..
Is there a post on how to replace the weather stripping?
will add am quite good with the wrench so doing it will not be a problem..
1997 sr5..
