I have the AVS 3M tape version and I really like it and the fitment was near perfect from the edges of the sunroof.
Does it cut down on windnoise? Not as much as you think it should but cracking the back windows or tailgate window helps.
Other advantages? It is nice being able to crack the sunroof and the deflector keeps rain out and it does offer somewhat protection from road debris/rocks.
Does the 3M tape have issues? None,nil,no. Mines been on for 4 years and it's still stuck like the day I installed it and it would be a job trying to tear it off with my bare hands. It's not going anywhere.
The deflector is a very solid piece.
Price: $40 and has been worth it. (I think they are closer to $50 now
)

I didn't care for mine and ended up taking it off. It's been sitting in my cargo area for about a year and a half now. Same one as Ron's too, the AVS. I don't think it looked as good on mine as it does on Ron's because I don't have the roof rack. Brutus, if you want one, shop around for prices then make me an offer via pm for a used one. I always forget to list it on Ebay. BTW, I like the contrast on your center caps Ron and will have to do the same to mine this spring.
I always hated the one on our Accord.
It just seems to gather junk that falls in as soon as you open your sunroof. Nothing like a few drinks with pine needles in them to spoil sunroof enjoyment! I know it would be less common if I parked in a garage, but still, you can't always park in a garage or in the open.
Besides, I don't think it does much of anything that the little pop up deflector doesn't, except limit ventilation flow. Rainy day? Just open until deflector deploys, and the rain seems to stay out as well as with a separate deflector.
