If you go in and say "look it over top to bottom" and they find nothing, you're going to get stuck with one heck of a labor bill as someone has to pay for that technicians time, and it sure won't be Toyota.
As long as you maintain it well, you should be fine.. but if you have any niggling things in the back of your head like noises and clunks that you don't think belong, it's the time to look for them.

Ha Buddy!
Now is the time to really appreciate the 4Runner. This is the time that all the other people who bought other brands dread! NO MORE WARRANTY! You know your vehicle better then anyone. If there is a problem that would be covered under the warranty now is the time to have it addressed.

Sup buddy. Yea, honestly (knock on wood) the only problem is a small creaking in the sunroof when it closes and a little vibration under moderate acceleration in the dash board, and that is it. She is definitely my pride and joy and never once did I regret getting this rig.
Its funny, I am almost looking for something to gripe about, and to be honest, I can't find isht.
P.S. Where's Bobby?
