supercharged recommendations for fuel upgrades, shift kit, spark plugs

Hey guys I have a 2002 supercharged 4runner running 10 pounds of boost. I was wondering what fuel upgrades I should run I know the 7th injector is real popular kit but would that be ok to run with water meth injection? I was also looking at the AEM 6 injector kit with the fuel controller. Also it needs a shift kit or valve body upgrade but I dont know of anyone that does them I saw it once but don't remember the name of the company. And whats a good cooler spark plug to run?

The 7th injector kit would be the way to go as long as you're not equipped with EGR, easier to tune than the 6 injector route. Runs perfectly fine with water/meth injection. I believe you want an IPT valve body upgrade and for plugs you want Denso IK22's.

yep URD 7th injector and FTC box. You can build the fuel map to work with the meth. Are you using a progreesive meth kit or just on/off based on boost?

Its a progressive meth injection I can run it off boost or mass air flow im running it off the boost and kicks in about at 4psi
