supercharger installation

For a little while now i thought about getting a supercharger,and now i think im finally going to get one. I was wondering if anyone here has installed a trd supercharger themselves? How hard was it?

TRD Supercharger - sounds cool - I worked at Toyota when they first came out in '97?-98? Back then gas was WAY cheaper. Hopefully you've thought through the fact that you'll have to run Premium fuel and the mileage will likely suffer. Beyond that - all I know is it's a nice bump in HP. I wasn't a tech so know nothing about how hard they are to install - just thought I'd add my $.02.

I have one, but did not install it myself. I will tell you this... www.yotatech.com will be much more helpful when it comes to any information about the s/c. Also you definately need to check out this website... http://www.gadgetonline.com/
you will find rediculous amounts of information here.

Once you strap one on, you will never ever want to drive a 3.4L again without it.

i did mine in front of my house. took about 2 hours. the hard part was reaching to loosen all the belts. but its pretty much straight forward. on a scale of 1 to 10 and 10 being hard, i give it a 5. its mainly unbolt and bolt the SC back on. this was done with basic hand tools. it so easy that once you have done it, you remember the process. if someone asked me to install one i can prolly install it without the instruction.
