Supercharger on Ebay what to offer?

Missing most of the hardware. Was thinking about making an offer on it. I think the buy it now price is to high. Just curious what other supercharger owners think would be a reasonable offer on this.

PASS on it! he cant find any of the other parts, just the supercharger body. PASS! at $1400 of the buy it now price This may just be worth to have a spare nose cone or a supercharger for parts. but its not worth more than maybe 250-500 depending on who wants to pay it.
 
That's what I was afraid of. Getting the missing parts and rebuilding the nose cone and I'm probably better off just getting a new one. Thanks for the feedback.
 
If you are interested, I would not offer more than $1000 for it, maybe less. It's much better to buy a used one right off an engine that way you know you have all the parts. The auto dismantlers don't know to take the dynamic tensioner, brackets, bolts, ect.
 
Yeah, pass. I don't buy his story. If you're hearing the whine enough to bother you, then keep your foot out of it. If you drive hard enough to where you hear it all the time, you certainly aren't going to take it out and go back to stock for anything! Probably a junk yard find or something, and that's why he doesn't have the extra parts. You don't just uninstall a S/C, then lose everything that goes with it. My .02
