Supercharger, Throttle Body Check Valve Orientation

I recently installed a supercharger, everything works great except it idles different now. When engine is cold but still 50 ambient temp, it idles around 1500 rpm for the first few miles, its sometimes hard to restart when warm. Taking an extra bump of the starter it didn't used to take. When warm, it does idle down to about 750 rpm. No engine codes are showing up.

The only part I couldn't find clearly explained when installing was the check valve orientation, in the install manual it has a black end on it, but mine didn't have that. I put the arrow or flow direction toward the crankcase breather from the bottom elbow on throttle body. I'm wondering if that isn't backwards?

Air is supposed to flow from the TB to the engine. I can't remember where the arrow is pointing, but air is only allowed one way with it.

You could pull out the check valve and blow through it to confirm you've got it the right way.

The idle specs you posted are completely normal.

I know which way it is going, I just don't know if that is the correct way. I guess I'll pull the throttle body off and flip the check valve around to see what happens.
