just bought an 02 4r v6 automatic. want to give it more power. is the supecharger more problematic than its worth or should i stick to intake/exhaust mods. if s whith ones
Adding the s/c gives a nice increase over the stock 3.4. If you have the money you should think about adding URD's fuel upgrade kit which gives you a bigger fuel pump, injectors, and a tuning device to adjust fuel and spark.
when installed properly tuned right and maintained, superchargers can be problem free. make sure you upgrade your fuel system such as injectors and fuel pump(s) and you'll be set.
